I’m the founder of Energetik Wellness, based near Seattle, WA.

I’ve been spiritual my whole life, with a particular deepening over the last ten years. In the spring of 2021 I received my Usui/Holy Fire ® III/ Reiki I & II certification with Reiki master, Purnima Chaudhari.

Through my Reiki practice I have learned and experienced so much about energy, how our energetic bodies flow through our physical bodies, and how truly connected everything is within and around us.

My goal is to empower everyone to experience a whole new level of health and wellness through the lens of energy.

I want to show you how energy is the foundation of everything.

I want to teach you how the energy you hold within every cell in your body is your greatest potential, wisest guide, and is a key source of your physical, mental, emotional, energetic, and spiritual wellness.

I want you to know that your energy wants to come through you. It wants to be in relationship with you.
