4 WEEK 1:1 ENERGETIK ALCHEMY

Why me?

I see where people shine. This is my super power.  I genuinely love showing people where they are amazing and giving them the courage and tools to see it for themselves. My entire life I’ve been able to read people and see their soul’s potential.

In the last five years, I have been in the field of energy work in the form of Reiki as well as energetic coaching.  What I’ve always known about myself and what became clearer and more heightened through my Reiki practice, is that I’m really good at seeing people, feeling their energy, knowing their potential and lighting their confidence to take the steps into what their soul has known all along. 

 I’m the person who helps you move into your potential quicker and deeper by showing you how freaking great you are. Not only are you capable and worthy of igniting your greatest potential, but the world needs you to express it to its fullest. 

Think of those talks you have with your best girlfriends, only add in a layer of intuition, fire, and accountability to the mix.

What do four weeks of 1:1 Energetik Alchemy look like?

I am someone who works very organically and likes to leave room for the unknown, and what feels inspired and present in the moment.  Through my work as an energy practitioner, I’ve learned that no session is ever the same, and while having a basic structure, it’s valuable to keep a lot of space for what is needed in the moment to come in.

Here's a loose framework for our four weeks together, keeping in mind that it will likely morph and flow according to your energy during this season and your intentions for this work.

Week 1: CLAIM AND CLEAR

REIKI SESSION: In between weeks 1 and 2 I like to do a 40-minute Reiki session for my clients to be able to tune into you more and for you to receive the support of Reiki during this journey.  Reiki is extremely wise and knows exactly where the energetic support is needed. It’s an incredible tool to heal, clarify, support and go deeper with your energy.

 Week 2: OPEN

 Week 3: TRUST

Week 4: FLOW

All sessions are on zoom and will be around 45 minutes.
