1:1 DISTANCE REIKI SESSION

Because Reiki works beyond space and time, and I am certified with the distance Reiki symbol, we do not need to be in person for the session.

You can decide if you would like the session to be completely tech free or if you would like to be on zoom.

My 1:1 Reiki sessions include:

• 30 minutes of channeled Reiki

• A recorded voice note sharing any messages, images, and insights that came through in the session.

• Post-session support for you to share your experience, ask questions, and get more clarity.

If you choose to be on zoom your session will also include:

• 10-15 minute check-in to talk about any intentions you have or what you are needing in the moment.

• A 10-15 minute Reiki-infused meditation
